Thrivent Choice Dollars
Thrivent Choice Dollars is a program that allows eligible Thrivent members to recommend how some of Thrivent's charitable funds are distributed to nonprofit organizations. Eligible clients are designated a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 5,000 Choice Dollars per eligibility period (January 1 to December 31).
Members are designated Choice Dollars based on their insurance premiums, contract values, and Thrivent Financial volunteer leadership.
Choice Dollars must be directed annually, and expire if left un-directed.
In just the last five years, Lutherlyn has received more than $100,000 from the Thrivent Choice Dollars program thanks to the many Thrivent members who direct part or all of their Choice Dollars to Lutherlyn annually. WOW!
How to direct Choice Dollars:

Visit thrivent.com/thriventchoice and search “Lutherlyn”
By phone
Call 800-847-4836 and, when prompted, say “Thrivent Choice®.”
Press 1 to direct Choice Dollars; a representative will work with you to direct Choice Dollars.

Thrivent Action Teams
Every Thrivent member can obtain 1-2 Thrivent Action Cards a year, each worth up to $250. Thrivent Action Teams are a great way to live generously in your community. Simply gather a team of friends, family, or neighbors to host a fundraiser or service project for Lutherlyn.
Over the last few years Thrivent Action Teams have helped Lutherlyn by providing storage containers and helping us organize our craft materials in the Craft Cabin and Creativity Lab, provided and prepared hands-on Bible Study activities, as well as providing the hardware, lumber, and labor for entire sections of the Universal Access Trail near Miller Lake. We are excited to see what your Action Teams can do at camp!
If you're interested in helping Lutherlyn with a service project we encourage you to contact our Development Office at 724-865-2161 to speak with someone about our most pressing needs. Typically, Thrivent requires two weeks to approve Action Team applications and provide an Action Card.
