2025 CONFIRMATION CAMP AT LUTHERLYN

For campers entering 6th-11th grade
CONFIRMATION CAMP DESCRIPTION:
"ConfirCamp" at Lutherlyn is an invitation to join a group of ELCA Lutheran leaders in creating a safe place to explore our faith, build trusting relationships, and experience the joy of Christian community. Campers will spend approx. 3 hours each day in experiential confirmation class taught by Pastors and the rest of the day doing Classic Camp activities. The curriculum can enrich and supplement Confirmation Curriculum that is being taught at your home congregation throughout the year or can be a stand-alone experience.

DAILY THEME:
Monday - Unconditional Gift of Love (Baptism)
Tuesday - Unconditional Gift of Life (Forgiveness)
Wednesday - Unconditional Gift of Lord (Communion)
Thursday - Unconditional Gift of/for Living (Community)
Friday - Unconditional Give of/for Loving (Church)

- 8:00 - Morning Watch (Lutherlyn’s curriculum)
- 8:15 - Breakfast
- 9-9:30 - Campers – Morning Games, Pastors/Staff - Unit Meeting
- 9:30-10:30 - Assembly & Class - Whole Group Gather in Rice for daily welcome/intro and divide into classes
- 10:30-11 - Break with Cabin Leaders
- 11-11:45 - Class Time
- 11:45-12:15 - Camp Activities (with cabin group)
- 12:15 - Lunch
- 12:45 - Horizontal Time
- 1:15-2:15 - Class Time
- 2:30 - Activity Time and Store
- 4:00 - Camp Activities (with cabin group)
- 5:15 - Dinner
- 6:15-7:15 - Camp Activities (with cabin group)
- 7:30 - Evening Activity
- 8:30 - Snack
- 8:45 - Worship
- 9:15 - Campfire
- 10:00 - Candle Power
- 10:30 - Lights Out

REGISTRATION:
Campers register individually at https://lutherlyn.campbrainregistration.com/.
If a camper is coming from a congregation that is paying for confirmation camp, each family pays the $18 snack fee and for an additional store account, if desired. The congregation will send a check to Lutherlyn for the camp fee.
If a camper is registering individually, the family will pay the camp fee during online registration.
