Large Meeting/Event Halls

Lutherlyn's large halls are available to overnight retreat groups (as one of the meeting spaces included with the retreat reservation) and to day groups and conferences.

Recreation Building

Location: The Rec Building is located near the Dining Hall and next to Rice Hall. The Rec Building does not have restrooms, the restrooms in the dining hall are easily accessible from the Rec Building. This space is available to retreat groups for recreation at no additional charge. For exclusive use, it can be reserved in hourly time blocks. 

Capacity: 150 people

Features: Fireplace, 4-square, gaga ball, Lego room, creativity lab, bouldering room (requires an adult to be trained by Lutherlyn staff and present at all times), corn hole. 

Dining Hall

Lutherlyn's Dining Hall seats 300+ guests. Meals at Lutherlyn are served as an "all-you-care-to-eat" buffet. Each meal includes a main course, a vegetarian option, hot and cold beverages, and peanut butter and jelly. Every breakfast includes fresh fruit and lunch and dinner include a salad bar. There are two dining rooms in Lutherlyn's Dining Hall. The large dining room seats 200 people with two serving lines and the small dining room seats 100 people with one serving line. While retreat groups may share a dining room with other groups, each group will have their own tables so that they can eat together.

Lutherlyn's cooks and food service staff are the only people permitted to use the kitchen equipment. Retreat groups are welcome to relax and enjoy the weekend; we will take care of the cooking and the dishes!

Lutherlyn's Dining Rooms can be reserved for retreats, conferences, banquets, and receptions; depending on availability.

Rice Hall

Location: Rice Hall is located near the Dining Hall and next to the Education Building.

Capacity: 300 people

Features: Fireplace, stage with lighting, podium, folding chairs for 300 people, and collapsible tables.

Wallace Hall

Location: Wallace Hall is located in the Camp Shaulis area of Lutherlyn. Wallace is next to the swimming pool and Dogwood Picnic Pavilion.

Capacity: 100 people

Features: Fireplace, dry erase board, bathrooms, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink, counter space), chairs for 100 people, collapsible tables
